My kayo 150 also smokes like that. One of my competitors also does the same. But several don’t.our current theory is that it is the valve guide clearance being just a bit too great on some manufactured engines. The engines consume some oil for sure. Thought it was carb jetting at first but smoking didn’t change with the jetting. Our next thought is to replace the cylinder head with a honda cylinder head. Fortunately we don’t have to run sealed motors here in TMGP. If anyone else has experience with the smoking problem on nearly new motors, I would like to hear about your experience. I was very happy to see these kids out here on minigp bikes. Very enjoyable.

I got one of these year 2023 2015 model. Very lightweight and responsive throttle

I always choose a 40k pesos performance setup gas scooter with front and back suspension tubeless tires no flat all the way. I already tested mine Makati City to Pangasinan 214km VIA McArthur Highway. I only have two 20 minutes break each stops. My speed is 50kph - 70kph not too noisy as I have a silencer on my exhaust pipe. Always ride in day time to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way very fun ride.

I don't know if the racetrack is the best setting for a touring bike like the Xtown. These guys look like racers. One even said that the bike tends to lean on a particular angle. Yo, this is a touring bike.
